"I came across Mark on a jewellers community page online where I was seeking advice on some earrings I was working on making. He was extremely helpful and sent me photos of some that he had made.
I ended up buying a pair of solid gold hoops off him as they were the perfect pair I knew I would never have to take off, and he had mastered it.

“My fiancé proposed to me while we were in Europe, but he decided not to surprise me with a ring because he knew I was fussy! I wasn't particularly interested in the 'typical' engagement ring and
I soon formed some ideas about what I wanted.
I took some pictures I liked with me to a local jeweller in Melbourne who said
unfortunately the design was too complicated. That threw me as I had my heart set on that design.
Someone suggested I try to find a Master Jeweller, and that’s when Mark's site came up.
Looking through his galleries, I was impressed with his creativity and natural flair. I was so excited that I emailed him with my
pictures asking what he thought and he replied within a matter of hours saying he could do it!
We designed the entire thing through emails and Mark was so helpful and so prompt in his replies. He gave me good advice about what metals
and stones would be practical and he sourced all the gems. He came up with 3 beautiful sapphires
and explained the pros and cons of each, and checked back with me during the design process to make sure I was happy.
He made both rings and sent them down much faster than I was expecting, and when I saw them I fell in love!
They were so beautiful and
unique and I was so happy that he’d been able to make them. I still find myself admiring my ring and I can't wait to get married so I have an
excuse to wear the wedder as well!
